Return Policies.

Whitley Designs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return any unworn item within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store at whitleydesigns@gmail.com or through our website to obtain a return authorization.  You must receive a return authorization prior to any returns in order to receive a refund.  However, due to the customized nature of pieces in our personalize collection (initial discs, tags, rings, modern initials, etc), we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of these pieces. These pieces are final sales. Please note that shipping on all returns is non-refundable. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or are otherwise not in the original condition. Items from orders placed by wholesale vendors may not be returned unless the pieces have been damaged or need repair.

Cancellation Policies.

To cancel an order you have placed with Whitley Designs, you must contact customer support by e-mail (whitleydesigns@gmail.com). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your oder as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy.

Due to our items being handmade and having varying inventory levels, our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as "in stock" when you place your oder may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your oder will be placed on backorder, or to work with you to provide an acceptable substitute. This e-mail will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.

Shipping Policies.  

Regular shipping: $6.99 flat rate - it will arrive to you within in 1-2 weeks.  Each of our pieces is handmade, and once the order is completed we will ship it 2-3 day USPS.

Express shipping: $14.99 flat rate - it will arrive to you in 1-4 days, without regard to size, weight or location within the United States. If you need your order overnighted, please email us at whitleydesigns@gmail.com.

International: Whitley Designs does ship internationally. Please contact us at whitleydesigns@gmail.com for information regarding international shipping. All in stock orders placed will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks, and shipping time will vary.

Privacy Policies.  

What information do we collect? 

1) We collect information from you when you place an order, fill out a form or subscribe to our mailing list. 

2) When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance 

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
